“Be Decisive”
I found this short video on The Best Advice for a New CEO captured my experience as a new leader regarding decision making. As a new leader I was so fearful of making mistakes, yet in order to grow I needed to make significant decisions and experience the consequences.
What I found was that 99% of my decisions were not bad–but at least 70% of them (roughly) could have been improved. Once I freed myself from the fear of breaking something I started to enjoy making tough decisions.
