Brian has been an advocate for user centered strategies that strategically apply innovative technology solutions to realize business goals. His mission-first approach to career and strategy has led to working with some of the world’s largest organizations including HSBC, a collective of purpose-driven startups, and globally impactful nonprofits.

He’s often called on to be the catalyst for change on enterprise-wide programs where he evangelizes the strategy, gains support from a diverse group of stakeholders including technical, business, and customer experience leaders, all while driving implementation and ensuring value is being derived from new technology.

His blog focuses on leveraging emotional intelligence, user centered approaches, and design thinking to develop strategies that drive organizational change. He’s an INTJ on the Myers-Briggs, and would learn all of the world’s languages if there was enough time.
